How We Work
We ensure that the landlords we work with receive great value from our relationship and are provided with a hands off, long term tenancy solution with a greater return on their investments.
Our standard company let agreement is for a term of up to 5 years and we guarantee your rent, which means you receive one payment every month for the duration of the agreement. We handle the tenants, carry out any repairs & maintenance and take care of your property through regular inspections. We will also apply for the HMO License and project manage any compliance work required.

Matt’s passion for property was formed during working for a Mayfair based property investment company in the early 2000s. His property education evolved during his time as a property lawyer at a West End law firm until 2013, when he swapped law for cleaning with The Organised Cleaning Company!
The Organised Cleaning Company has been established since 2012 and is currently working with a number of regional and independent letting agents in London, as well as multi-let and serviced apartment operators. The experience gained by running The Organised Cleaning Company, and also setting up MiPropCo Leeds; a buy to let in- vestment company in Leeds in 2016, gave Matt a key understanding of the operational elements of property management.
These insights, coupled with the rising demand of good quality co-living accommodation, Brexit uncertainty and wanting to provide agents and landlords with an alternative solution to 6 or 12 month ASTs, lead Matt to founding MiRentCo London. The aim is to provide agents and land- lords with a full service, multi-let management solution, based on the three pillars of Quality, Care and Value.

Meet The Team
Oliver James – Our senior property sourcer ensures that we are always finding suitable agents, land- lords & properties to work with throughout North West and West London. Oliver also ensures that all properties we onboard are set up in compliance with current HMO regulations.
Regina Silva – Our head of property management ensures that all of our properties are inspected on a weekly basis, remain compliant with HMO regulations and are regularly serviced and maintained so that any issues are resolved promptly.
The Organised Cleaning Company – Our cleaning and maintenance partner ensures that all of our properties are well looked after with fortnightly cleaning and waste management.

Determine whether a property meets our criteria and carrying out an initial feasibility assessment.
Evaluating the costs and preparing a suitable offer for the property.
Entering into company let agreement for up to 5 years with guaranteed rent.
Managing the HMO license application, any works and getting the property ready for occupation.
Liaising with existing clients and marketing via our online partners to source and check-in house mates.
