Guaranteed Rent & Return
MiRentCo London will be your tenant, regardless of whether there are any void periods in your property. We will pick up the liability and you will continue to receive the full agreed rent amount during the duration of the term.
Maintaining High Standards
For us, your property becomes our home and we want to maintain it to the high standards it deserves. Our cleaning partner, The Organised Cleaning Company, regularly cleans every property and we also use the latest tech as part of our property management to quickly deal with maintenance issues.
Full Service Property Management
We have an exceptional and experienced property management team who look after your property during the term of our agreement AT NO COST TO YOU. We conduct fortnightly property inspections and we can send you a quarterly schedule of conditions as standard.

Free HMO Licensing
No HMO License? No problem. We have built up relationships with all of the boroughs that MiRentCo London operates in so we can secure a HMO license on your property if required. We will do the leg work for you, liaising with the council, organising visits and project managing any required license works. We will also cover the license fee!
If we need to reinstate your property to the way it was when we took it on we can deal with that too. All we ask from you is an up to date electrical and gas safety certificate, and if they aren’t already in the house that you cover the cost of heat detectors in the kitchen, hard wired smoke alarm, fire doors and fire boarding the basement if there is one.
