Please note that, unless material damage has been caused to your room or it has not been left in the same clean and tidy condition as at check-in, your two week Security Deposit will be refunded to you by being deducted off your last month’s rent at the end of your tenancy.

Once we have received your two week security deposit and the completed reservation form, the room will be taken off the market and held for you until your check-in date! We will also pass your contact details onto our credit & referencing agency, Tenant Referencing.

Tenant Referencing will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your contact details to carry out your reference and credit checks. Please ensure that provide then with all of the information requested. The sooner you provide Tenant Referencing with all of the information they ask for, the quicker your reference and credit check can be completed!

In the event that your credit & reference check is unsuccessful, your two week security deposit will be refunded back to you within 48 hours of being notified.
